Luke and his team were punctual, professional, approachable and focused. Luke prepared a plan for us and when we suggested changes, he was willing and open to a revision of plans. He accompanied us to look at trees for planting and a rock for the water feature. Luke shared his expertise freely, answering many questions and, most importantly, always asked what we wanted. He made sure we knew how to properly take care of our remaining lawn and plantings before he left. Luke is friendly, calm and has a vast knowledge of his craft. We even went on a brief vacation for the second week of the job, with no trepidation about the team and how the work would be finished. And it was finished beautifully. We are complete with Phase 1 and hope to work with Luke next year. In the meantime, we love our yard.
John & Barbara Lane Luke and his crew busted their tails to get the work done before winter set in. I was impressed. He was accommodating with my change orders and fix things we didn't like even when it was a pain in the butt for them. No complaining. Met with us at local material suppliers to pick out materials, etc. Met with us multiple times to go over designs. Extremely knowledgeable about plants and trees. Very reasonably prices compared to others in town. Great overall experience. He's the first call I make when I need any other outdoor services or advice.
Jeff & Amy Gail Luke Haymond met with us several different times to discuss our landscaping needs. Following our meetings Luke Haymond presented a landscape design for our renovation that reflected our discussions. The project included a beautiful paver patio with a built in fire pit, a retaining wall that increased the size of our outdoor living area, new irrigation system, landscape lighting, and the installation of plant material. Luke Haymond returned to our home several times to check the property to ensure everything was working properly.
Theresa Lemus Haymond Horticulture was the major contractor during our recent landscaping remodel. They did an outstanding job from the very beginning design phases thru the installation. Bruce & Jeri Hilliker Luke created our landscape design after our first meeting and scheduled the work shortly after. The first part of the project was the demolition of the back landscape which went smoothly. The renovation included the installation of a paver patio, a boulder retaining wall, landscape lighting, installation of a new irrigation system, new plantings, and a pathway. He also did some renovation work in the front landscape and courtyard area. Luke and his team were very courteous and did a great job.

After interviewing and securing several bids from various landscape contractors, I chose Luke to complete a major makeover of our front yard and outside entry area.
We chose to do business with Luke not only because his bid was competitive, but also because we were impressed with his knowledge and experience. He met with us several times to discuss our design requirements, which included layout, materials, and lighting. He was at all times punctual, polite, and professional. His design ideas were clever, pleasing, and practical. He and his crew started the job on the specified date and finished the project on time, despite our adding a few change orders. The work was done in a fashion as to cause the least amount of disruption for us. His crew was polite and respectful; there was no loud music, litter, or annoying behavior whatsoever. The job site was left clean and tidy each day and all tools were stowed. Luke was on the job-site every day, and did much of the work himself. The final result was beautiful, just as we had imagined. The pavers were exact and geometric, the planter walls were solid and level and the pathway lighting just right, bright enough, but subtle and inconspicuous. And, no surprise, Luke followed up with us long after the final payment was made, asking if anything needed further attention.
